R.A.Y FOUNDATION
The Rosemond Ama Yeboah (RAY) Foundation is a Ghanaian based nonprofit with a branch in New York, founded in 2024. The foundation is a legacy of hope for all young women and men who have given up on educational development due to financial constraints and life’s challenges. The RAY foundation was established to bring light to the willing and eager, smart and needy young person in Ghana.
Mission
We advance educational and professional pathways for marginalized African communities by blending scholarships, mentorship, and research-driven initiatives, uniting diaspora expertise with local insights to develop resourceful leaders across the continent.

We envision an Africa where every individual regardless of background can thrive academically, professionally, and socially. Through robust research partnerships, dynamic local engagement, and a strong diaspora network, we aim to transform marginalized regions into hubs of growth and knowledge sharing.
